How do I use My Plate-Mate?
Gently stretch My Plate-Mate to match the width of your plate. Secure plate rim into groove. Use My Plate-Mate in the direction that your child scoops. Remove after each meal for cleaning. Interchangable with 8"- 9 1/2" round plates.

How do I clean My Plate-Mate?
Wash before initial use. Dishwasher-safe (top rack only) or wash in warm water using mild liquid soap. Rinse thoroughly with water.

What is My Plate-Mate?
My Plate-Mate is an innovative feeding aid that easily attaches to any 8"-10" plate. It serves as a "spill guard" to prevent food from spilling onto the table. Its unique design also assists in "scooping" food by guiding food onto the fork or spoon.

Who would benefit?

Is the plastic used to make My Plate-Mate safe?
Absolutely! Our product is made in the U.S. using 100% FDA approved food grade plastic. It is PVC-Free, Latex-Free and Phthalate-Free.

Is My Plate-Mate dishwasher safe?
Yes! At home we recommend washing your My Plate-Mate on the top rack of the dishwasher. However, our product can withstand water temperatures up to 185 degrees in order to adhere to health and safety regulations followed at state licensed facilities.

Is My Plate-Mate microwave safe?
Our product is FDA approved for microwave use. However, some experts dissuade microwaving in plastics of any kind.

Do you offer any discounts for large orders?

What are your shipping costs?
You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the invoice you see before confirming your order.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed upon receipt. You can expect to receive your package within 5-7 business days.

How are orders shipped?
Delivery courier depends on the size of order and shipping method selected. Generally most orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). If another courier is used it will be designated with parcel tracking number.

What is your return policy?
We will gladly accept unused, unopened products returned within 30 days of purchase and provide a full refund (minus the cost of shipping). Once an item has been used, it is no longer considered new. Simply contact us at orders@myplate-mate.com for mailing address and instructions.
